About Teeda Wholesale

Teeda Wholesale is a privately-owned and -operated wholesale jewelry business. We stock everything we sell, and our operations are located in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area. Our commitment to outstanding customer service, quality merchandise, attractive pricing and fast shipping has remained the same throughout our 30+ years of doing business with retailers and volume purchasers across the United States and around the world. We import directly from our global network of manufacturing partners, and feature merchandise from the U.S., Italy, Thailand, and China.

Location

Our operations are located within the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, in California. Because we are busy processing orders throughout the day, all orders are shipped directly to our customers, and we do not have customer pick-up or showroom hours.

Ordering

We accept orders online through the Yahoo! Store secure ordering system. Simply go to our item and section pages, enter the quantity you wish to purchase for a particular item, and click on the order button. This will take you to the checkout screen. If you have additional items to order, click on "Keep Shopping." To complete your order, click on "Check Out" in the "Show Order" screen and fill in your payment and shipping instructions. You can also fax in your order using our fax order form, or call us toll-free at 877-622-3522.

Minimum Order

We're able to offer outstanding prices and great selection because we sell exclusively wholesale, in volume. As such, our minimum order size is $100 (no minimum quantity for any style). We understand that our customers may occasionally wish to place smaller orders, and our shopping cart will accept orders below our minimum. A $10 special handling fee will be added to all orders below $100.

We offer discounts for all orders $300 and up. Simply enter the appropriate coupon code at checkout and your discount will be reflected in the total. Discounts apply to each individual order.

If a volume discount coupon is used, please note that we will adjust the coupon code accordingly for the entire order if there are returns that bring the order total below the original qualifying discount amount. The discount amount adjustment will be deducted from any refund that is given. This also applies to back-order cancellations within 45 days of the order date where a volume discount coupon is used.

We accept payment in the following forms:

PayPal

If you wish to submit payment via PayPal, please click on the Paypal link at the shopping cart page or in the payment section of the Customer Info checkout page. Please log in to your Paypal account and follow the prompts to approvef the payment.

If you encounter technical difficulties sending payment through Paypal, please feel free to email us, and we'll send you a Paypal invoice for the appropriate amount to make it easier to submit payment. Please be sure to include your order number in your email.

Note: For CA orders, sales tax will added to your total at checkout. If you have your CA resale certificate on file with us or are faxing it to us on the same day you submit your order, please submit full payment via Paypal and we'll refund the sales tax amount to you when we process your order.

Be sure to write the order number on your check. Money Order or Cashier's Check orders will ship after we authenticate payment with the check issuer (usually within 2 business days after receipt of payment). Company and personal check orders will ship after payment clears (2 weeks after receiving payment).

Sales Tax

No sales tax is added except for orders shipped to California addresses. 9% sales tax is added to all CA orders, including the shipping & handling amount.

Existing CA Customers with a Seller's Permit

Our checkout system automatically adds sales tax to all orders. If you are a CA customer with a resale certificate on file with us, please complete the checkout process with the sales tax added, and we will automatically deduct the sales tax amount from your order before we charge your credit card. Your credit card will be charged only when items are about to ship and not at checkout, so your card will only be charged once.

New CA Customers
with a Seller's Permit



If you are a new CA customer with a CA seller's permit, please fax us a signed CA resale certificate on the same day you place your order.* We will deduct sales tax from your order when we process your payment. If you are unable to fax us your resale certificate on the day you place your order, we will charge sales tax when we ship and refund the amount once we receive your resale certificate.

Shipping

Orders received with valid payment by 2 PM Pacific Time ship on the same business day. On rare occasions, we may delay shipping an order by 1 or 2 business days if an item on the order is sold out and we expect it to be restocked within 1 business day. If you have timing constraints and need us to process and ship your order on the same day that it is placed, please be sure to contact us right after placing the order so that we can review the order and payment, and flag it for rush processing.

Back-Ordered Items and Product Substitutions

To expedite your order, we occasionally substitute back-ordered items with similar merchandise. If you would like for us to not substitute, please click on the appropriate box in the order form when placing your order. If instructed to not substitute, we will ship all in-stock items right away and ship any back-ordered items as soon as we receive them at no additional shipping charge.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Please follow these instructions for a hassle-free return or exchange:

1. Email us to request a return authorization number. Indicate in your email the order number on your invoice, the stock number(s) for the merchandise you wish to send back, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

2. Send us the merchandise after you have received your return authorization number. Please be sure to send back the merchandise right away, as each return authorization expires after 7 days and a new one will not be re-issued.

3. Shipping and handling rates for exchanges is the same as for new orders, but the $10 minimum order surcharge is waived for exchanges valued at less than $100. We will send the exchange item(s) you requested within 10 business days after receiving the returned merchandise.

4. We process refunds within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please note that if your return reduces your original order total to less than our $100 minimum order or if the return is for the entire original order/shipment, a $10 special handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

S&H fees, including the minimum order surcharge, are not refundable. No refunds or reimbursements will be made towards the cost of shipping returned or exchanged merchandise back to us, unless it is to exchange damaged merchandise for identical products. For damaged merchandise, we will pay for return shipping costs and send replacement items at no additional shipping charge. Any damage or defect claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

For health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, ear cuffs, body jewelry or toe rings. To qualify for a return, exchange, or defect claim, items must be sent back in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Rings must have their tags still attached to qualify. Rings whose tags have been removed do not qualify for returns, exchanges or defect claims, even if the loose tags are included with the returned merchandise.

If a volume discount coupon is used, please note that we will adjust the coupon code accordingly for the entire order if there are returns that bring the order total below the original qualifying discount amount. The discount amount adjustment will be deducted from any refund that is given. This also applies to back-order cancellations within 45 days of the order date where a volume discount coupon is used.

For international shipments, we cannot be responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or shipping delays due to international shipping, and if a customer refuses shipment for any reason we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other costs incurred by us from any refund that is given.

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.

Pricing

Our items and assortments are priced either by piece or by weight. All individual items and assortments with a specified number of pieces are priced by piece, even if the approximate weight is included in the description. Weights for these products should be considered approximations and not exact or minimum weights, as weights for all jewelry designs will fluctuate slightly with each manufacturing lot. All assortments that are priced by weight will be at least the total weight specified in the item description. We strive to keep all product and assortment descriptions accurate and up-to-date.

International Orders

We currently ship to many countries around the world. Please see our shipping rate table for a list of countries that we currently ship to. Please follow the instructions below if this is your first order.

We accept payment for international orders via credit card, Paypal (Verified Paypal accounts only), Western Union, or wire transfer (a processing fee of $10 will be added to all wire transfer orders that are less than $500 in merchandise value).

If you are using an American Express card (from any country) or a Visa/Mastercard card that is issued in Canada, Germany, Puerto Rico, UK, or USA, we will first attempt to authenticate your card through the automated system or by contacting your card issuer. If we are unable to authenticate your payment using these methods, then we would ask you to fax us the authentication documents outlined below.

If you will be using a Visa or MasterCard issued in a country other than Canada, Germany, Puerto Rico, UK, or USA, please fax to us the following when placing your first order:
1) front and back of your credit card
2) picture identification
3) first page of your credit card bill with your name, address and the card number visible. You can black out the card balance and specific transactions- we just need to match your name, address and card number.

Our fax number is +1 818 332 4200. This information is only needed for your first order, and all subsequent orders will have already been verified. Please feel free to place your order at the same time that you fax us payment verification. We will process and ship your order as soon as we have verified your payment information. Please note that we are only able to ship to your authenticated billing address.

S&H for international orders varies by country (please see our Shipping Section for S&H rates). S&H to your country will automatically be calculated at checkout.
