We're able to offer outstanding prices and great selection because we sell exclusively wholesale, in volume. Our minimum order size is $100, with no minimum quantity for any style. For orders less than our minimum, a $10 surcharge will be included in the shipping rates shown at checkout.

We ship orders Monday-Friday (holidays excepted). Orders received by 12 noon Pacific Time usually ship on the same business day. We sometimes delay shipping an order by 1-2 business days if waiting on new inventory. Please contact us right after placing the order if you need to confirm that your order will be shipped the same day.

We accept returns for merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Please submit return requests using our Contact Us form. All returns must have an authorization number.
Returned merchandise must be in new, saleable condition with original packaging. Rings must have tags still attached. For health reasons, earrings, ear cuffs, and toe rings are not eligible for return. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
If applicable, volume discounts and the minimum order surcharge will be adjusted according to the revised invoice total after returns. Shipping & handling fees, including the minimum order surcharge, are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs for returns of defective merchandise will be reimbursed at the First Class Mail rate if exchanging for identical items. For customers outside the U.S., import tariffs and customs fees billed to us will be deducted from any refund given.
